Specifying Projects
We're equipped with a highly experienced and competent engineering team, who will survey and specify your project to ensure your needs can be met in terms of minimising downtime, safety and cost. A project plan will be compiled at the quotation stage to provide clarity on the scope of works, and timeframes involved.
Safe Systems Of Work
Once an order is placed, a site-specific risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) will be produced and submitted for your review. This document will form the foundation of our approach to the project, ensuring we work together with our client to deliver the works safely and professionally. The safe systems of work will take into consideration the welfare of our staff, as well as the site employees and visitors.
Project Planning
Our expert team of planners take the stress of organising projects away from our clients. From site surveys & pre-start meetings to delivering the works & final sign off, our planning team will be with you every step of the way, ensuring deadlines are achieved and expectations met. Whatever your needs, our staff have the knowledge to support you in delivering the project as quietly & efficiently as possible.
Delivery
Once on site, our specialist teams will ensure the project is delivered exactly as specified, to the highest quality standards. Only compliant WRAS approved parts & materials will be specified, ensuring the end results meets your expectations and provides a suitable long term solution.
Photographic Completion Reports
Once the project is complete, our planning team will produce a highly detailed completion report, providing clear photographic evidence of the various stages of the project. Our approach ensures there remains an enduring record of the project, providing budget holders and quality teams with the records they need to demonstrate value for money and compliance.
